Pure-Cap™ Closures
The Pure-Cap™ range of closures has been designed for long life and aseptic products such as juices, nectars, iced-teas and smoothies. It is designed for products which require that the barrier properties of the cartons are fully maintained until consumers open the pack by breaking the board seal - with the help of the closure.
All caps include a tamper evident band to indicate when the pack has been opened or tampered with. They also are equipped with a bore seal which provides a leak-tight re-closure.
Pure-Caps™ are applied on the outside of the carton in the filling machine or after filling and sealing. They are positioned and sealed very precisely over a pre-cut area on the roof of the carton.
